GREY FOR COLOURED GIRLS.
1.8.15
Happy new month, guys. It's #LeoSeason and although I am a "baby girl" for life, my birthday's coming up in a few weeks!
A while ago, Efe got in touch with a few other girls and I, pitching her For Coloured Girls' Series idea. I thought it was a great idea so I decided to contribute. The series is about styling looks based on colours that are flattering on black girls. What each of us had to do was pick a colour from a list she gave us and put together an outfit featuring the chosen colour. The colours were nude, black, orange, grey, red & purple. As you can see, I went with grey.
I'd already worn the skirt and crop top together on several occasions, I've even got a photo from almost two years ago of me in them on Instagram. Definitely one of my go-to combos when I can't be bothered. Sean had been trying to get me to "model" for him for ages, so I met up with him for the photos in this post.

The shoes I'm wearing in this post are the highest heels in my wardrobe. They are the only heeled shoes in my wardrobe. They hurt my feet. A lot. That's what I get for sizing down but then they weren't available in my size and were cheap, only £15 in the Topshop sale and I couldn't resist. I like them but I don't like the pain. I'll probably be selling them on Depop or eBay soon.
Have a great weekend and expect more posts next week. I think I've got my blogging mojo back. x
